He is knowledgeable, efficient, and highly experienced. He took the time to explain the issue, and was able to repair the broken pipe beneath my shower the same day.

I had water once again coming out of my air gap. I contacted Aurelio who came out the very next morning and found the cap to the air gap had come loose, causing the leak. I'm so grateful to him for finding and fixing the problem so quickly!

What more can I say about Aurelio....

He came and saved me during a plumbing emergency, and it wasn't the easiest or familiar of cases. We went through a couple of thing's he hasn't seen before, and he resolved them with flying colors. An incredibly hard worker, and determined to complete the job and leave things better than they were when he arrived. Very knowledgeable, great communication, amazing customer service and communication, and again, one of the hardest workers I have met. I cannot thank him enough for helping me in that situation and am beyond grateful. I couldn't recommend anyone better. A true professional, and thank you so much again!!!

Aurelio just fixed my leaky bathtub and my clogged bathroom sink and I am so happy and so impressed!

He was very professional and kind on the phone and in person. He put on protective covers on his shoes, which meant a lot to me because I have an infant and we leave our shoes at the door. He even re-caulked the molding around the bathtub where the leak was and fixed my over extended sink handle as well.

I highly highly recommend him and will be calling again when something inevitably starts leaking or breaks in the house.

Aurelio repaired a very difficult underground leak in our water main in front of our house, and he did it within hours of being contacted, by using time between jobs for excellent communications in advance, and then working very efficiently, knowing precisely what needed to be done. He was also able to charge a very reasonable cost by pinpointing the precise repair needed, with no attempt to upcharge or sell us on unnecessary upgrades, completely unlike what I have seen other larger companies try to do when we asked for quotes or services. In short, his integrity is as impressive as his skill and knowledge, which are both very great. He then concluded the repair with an immediate and highly detailed invoice that he completed and emailed to me within less than 3 minutes. I was truly surprised at how easy and reliable he made everything work for us, and he was worth every penny.

I was having a plumbing issue or what I thought was a plumbing issue and ended up speaking with Aurelio from North Bound plumbing
After a little troubleshooting over the phone it was clear that this was an appliance malfunction and not a plumbing problem.
He took the time to make some very good suggestions on what the issue could be so I could better explain it to my warranty company

Even though I didn't require his services I wanted to share my awesome experience
